# Connect a domain

> Use a web address you already own, or register a new one.

1. Open Domain in your dashboard.
2. Already own a domain? Use "Use a domain you already own" and enter it.
3. The page then shows the records to add at your registrar (the company you bought the domain from). Add them there exactly as shown.
4. Don't have one yet? Use "Register your own domain name" on the same page.
